The successful candidate will provide one-on-one therapy sessions to individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to promote positive behavior change and skill development.lt;brgt;lt;brgt;

lt;ligt;Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy sessions.lt;/ligt;
lt;ligt;Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.lt;/ligt;
lt;ligt;Collaborate with families and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.lt;/ligt;
lt;ligt;Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and treatment plans.lt;/ligt;
