Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavioral strategies
• Collecting and analyzing behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Training and mentoring school personnel on behavior management techniques and best practices
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working in school or educational settings preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and students
• Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain detailed documentation
