• Active LMFT license valid in the state (required)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in school or clinical settings preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students and families to support mental health and social-emotional learning
• Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families to develop comprehensive support strategies
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with school and state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school climate
Location: West Hartford, Connecticut
