Job Description
At Mindful Way Therapy PLLC, we are seeking a passioante and experienced therapist to join our team in providing outpatient psychotherapy and evaluations for ADHD and Autism. This role is ideal for a clinician who is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent clients with compassion, cultural humility, and identity-affirming care. While this role is primarily focused on providing therapy and conducting comprehensive assessments to neurodivergent individuals, you will also work with other presenting concerns.
As part of providing assessments, you will be trained to utilize standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews to provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations under the supervision of Ryne Evans, MA, LMFT. Many of our clients exploring a neurodivergent identity for the first time or seeking clarity after years of misdiagnosis or being misunderstood. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, validating space where clients can show up authentically and access meaningful support without fear of judgment or pathologizing.
Please note:
In order to complete Autism assessments, providers must be fully licensed. If you are an associate, you will be trained to conduct ADHD assessments and provide therapy, and once you are fully licensed, you will be able to provide Autism assessments as well. We are open to hiring both associates and fully licensed providers for this role.

providing assessments counts towards these minimum hours; exact ratio will be discussed during interview
Location
• Remote/Hybrid to start with the possibility of in-person in the future
Salary Range
• Starting at $42.75 for associates (increase after 9 months)
• Starting at $52.75 for fully-licensed (increase after 9 months)

Responsibilities
• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions to clients, with a focus on neurodivergent affirming care
• Conduct comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments utilizing standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews under supervision
• Support clients navigating co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+ identity-related stress
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice standards and Washington State regulations
• Stay up-to-date on best practices and research in neurodivergent affirming therapy
• Coordinate care and collaborate with community agencies or external providers when necessary
• Participate in bi-weekly case consultation and supervision as required by state law
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work
• Associate license (LMFTA, LMHCA, LSWAIC) in the state of Washington
• Experience working with neurodivergent clients and strong understanding of affirming therapy
Preferred
• Fully licensed therapist in Washington
• Physically located in Washington State
• Personal/lived experience with the LGBTQ+ community
