Clinical Support and Growth Opportunities
RBTs in our Tampa clinic work alongside experienced clinicians and practicum supervisors who provide consistent guidance and training.
Our team offers:
• Consistent supervision from experienced BCBAs
• Practicum-approved supervisors for those pursuing BCBA certification
• A collaborative clinic environment with accessible leadership
• Opportunities to work alongside practicum students and developing clinicians
• Predictable scheduling in a centralized clinic location
What You’ll Do
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support treatment progress
• Maintain documentation and session notes according to clinical standards
Clinic Environment
This position is primarily based in our Tampa clinic. The clinic setting allows technicians to work closely with supervising analysts and collaborate with other team members throughout the day.
Clients seen in the clinic include children working on communication, social interaction, play skills, and daily living skills.

Qualifications
