Required Education, Certification, and Experience:
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or other related fields.
• BCBA certificate in good standing
• CT BCBA License

At least one year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum disorder and their families as a supervisor is preferred, but not required.

Position Qualifications:
• Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification in good standing
• Must have a thorough knowledge of and experience working with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Willing to learn as you grow in the field.
• Strong assessment and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively while also working independently
• Desire to collaborate with team members
• Solid communication and people skills
• Solid information technology skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor treatment progress with each client
• Assist with team member training, mentoring, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate and communicate with the client’s family, caregivers, and other service providers as appropriate
• Provide direct services to clients and their families as needed
• Meet with clinical staff regularly to review progress
• Document progress notes, reports, and other updates on a routine basis.
• Attend regularly scheduled clinical meetings.
• Adhere to ethical standards in BACB code of ethics.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines
