Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (in good standing)
  • Proven therapy skills with individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations
  • Strong written/verbal communication; high comfort with EHR workflows
  • Tech-savvy: Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom
  • Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and insurability per agency requirements

Responsibilities

  • tervention; safety planning and escalation per protocol
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans; coordinate care with internal teams and community partners
  • Complete timely, compliant documentation in the EHR aligned to payer and program standards
  • Conduct discharge planning and chart closure reviews
  • Uphold ethical practice, confidentiality, and all CA mandatory reporting (Child/Elder/Dependent Adult abuse; Tarasoff)
  • Participate in staff meetings/trainings; provide clinical consultation and informal mentorship to associates/trainees
  • Contribute to program design, CQI, and outcomes tracking
