As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow a customized treatment plan to help children improve behaviors and build important life skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting
• Follow behavior intervention plans as developed by a supervising BCBA
• Record and track data accurately during each session
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times
