What We’re Looking for in a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active BCBA certification with at least 2 years of experience, including mentoring clinicians, leading team meetings, or supporting onboarding and training initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work).
• Experience in ABA, ideally with exposure to both home and center-based settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
• A collaborative mindset—excited to be part of a growing team and committed to professional connection and support.
Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the first on-ground BCBA in the state
, helping to establish and model clinical and cultural standards.
• Assist in onboarding and training new RBTs and BCBAs to ensure consistency and fidelity in service delivery.
• Represent the company in the community through outreach efforts
, including attending and speaking at local events
, parent workshops, and referral partner meetups.
• Help build relationships with key community stakeholders such as pediatricians, schools, early intervention programs, and parent advocacy groups
.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on current assessments and best practices.
• Supervise direct care staff, including regular observation, feedback, and performance support
.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to deliver training
, integrate goals into home routines, and maintain family engagement.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in all service delivery and documentation practices.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews
, treatment planning meetings, and check-ins with leadership.
• Provide services in remote, in-home
