Qualifications

• Experience with prescribing and managing medication regimens
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare team members
• Knowledge of medical regulations, compliance, and patient safety standards
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment
• Valid and active licensure as a medical provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant) in the state of Utah
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a plus
• Experience working with diverse populations or underserved communities is highly preferred
