Responsibilities
• Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
• Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
• Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
• Remaining calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments
• Accurate data collection and documentation
• Professional communication with supervisors and families
• Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
• Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings

• Available Shifts (Mon–Fri): This is a SCHOOL CASE within the Glendale School District
• School Case 1: Grade: 2 Schedule: 8:15 AM – 2:20 PM (Wednesday: 8:15 AM – 1:20 PM) Hours: 5.58
• School Case 2: Grade: Kindergarten Schedule: 8:00 AM – 1:42 PM Hours: 5.2
• School Case 3: Grade: TK Schedule: 8:30 AM – 12:31 PM (Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:31 PM) Hours: 4.02
• School Case 4: Grade: Kindergarten Schedule: 8:00 AM – 2:05 PM (Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:10 PM) Hours: 5.58
• Emotionally and physically demanding
• Requires initiative, consistency, and comfort learning new systems

Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience in ABA or related field (preferred, not required)
• Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
