Position Overview

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and youth (ages 2–21) in their homes and community environments. You’ll work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• •Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to youth ages 2–21 in home and community settings.
• •Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA.
• •Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems.
• •Support clients with communication, social, and functional living skills.
• •Maintain regular communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• •Participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision sessions.
• •Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time).
• •Free 40-hour RBT training and support toward certification.
• •Paid onboarding and supervision hours toward BCBA licensure.
• •Mobile documentation system – no paper forms.
• •Professional development and advancement pathways.
• •Associate’s or higher preferred
• •Experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow clinical guidance.
• •Willingness to complete RBT certification and ongoing professional training.
• •Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned region.
• •Registered Behavior Technicians will be in good standing with the BACB and comply with all regulations set forth under the RBT certification.
• •Hand dexterity ability (ability to operate mobile device, smart phone, computer).
• •Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• •Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• •Ability to travel to various locations on a near daily basis.
• •Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
