Job Description

- Implements behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors
- Collect and record data on individual progress and behavior
- Work with the clinical team to make sure effective implementation of care plans
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Document medical information accurately using medical terminology
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of some ABA strategies
- Admin skills to understand how email works and other basic tasks
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Proficiency in data collection and record keeping/admin tasks
- Background in special education or related field is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus (Arabic, Aramaic or Spanish)
- Able to work between 09:00-7:00 PM for a minimum of 10 hours and up to 15 hours a week.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team who brings care and positivity
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities
- •The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly those with autism, to implement behavior plans and provide support in various settings
- •Run ABA sessions
- •Work directly with individuals to teach and reinforce positive behaviors at home and sometimes at schools
