• Assist with skill acquisition programs and promote positive behavior strategies
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines in all tasks
Qualifications:
• Current Rhode Island RBT certification is required
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges in a school environment
• Strong observational and data collection skills
• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans precisely and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
