Responsibilities

  • This role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to students across a range of grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Deliver individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve social, communication, and learning outcomes
  • Collect and document data to monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student development
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
