Job Description

Your Role:
• Make a positive impact in a child's life!
• Implement individualized behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and document data on client behavior and progress
• Provide individualized support to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and team members
• Assist children in developing essential life skills including motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living tasks, potty training, and social/emotional skills
• Be physically active, including getting up and down from the floor and moving quickly
• Engage in continuous learning, work independently, and strive to deliver the best care to the children we serve
You Bring:
• Current RBT certification through the BACB
• No additional experience is necessary beyond what you acquired during certification
• Reliable transportation for traveling to client homes and other locations
• A high energy level, playfulness, and creativity
• Comfort with technology—able to learn our data collection software and use basic office applications
• Availability during the hours of 8am-5pm and 9am-6pm

- •Earn between $20.00 - $24.50 / hour based on your RBT experience
