Job Description

Step into a part-time opportunity that lets you make a real impact in students lives as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with a supportive educational community. This contract role is ideal for a creative and compassionate BCBA ready to contribute their expertise for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. With a flexible 2-day per week schedule (MondayFriday options available), youll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team providing essential behavioral consultation services.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience in public school settings is a plus
• Demonstrated skill supporting students with behavioral needs, including developing and implementing intervention plans
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach
• Passion for working with both elementary (Grades 25) and middle school students
• Team-oriented mindset with creativity and flexibility

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct consultation and behavioral intervention services for a caseload of approximately 29 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Update and help implement behavior intervention plans in partnership with classroom teams
• Guide and support staff in the application of behavioral strategies to improve student outcomes
• Collaborate with special education professionals and school administration to optimize support for each students needs
• Help maintain stability in classrooms by enhancing current behavioral support systems
