Job Description

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $115,000 – $140,000+ (commensurate with experience and leadership duties).

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
• Conduct comprehensive autism and differential diagnostic evaluations using ADOS-2, ADI-R, and MIGDAS-2 .
• Provide "clinically excellent" reports that translate complex data into actionable, strengths-based recommendations for Nashville-area families and schools.
• Serve as the clinical lead for complex cases requiring expert differential diagnosis (ASD vs. ADHD, trauma, or mood disorders).

2. Supervision & Mentorship (Tennessee Standards)
• Provide clinical supervision to Psychological Residents (post-docs) and Certified Psychological Assistants/Technicians in accordance with Tennessee Rule 1180-02 .
• Act as the "Supervisor of Record" for clinicians accruing hours toward their HSP designation.
• Review and sign off on all psychological products, ensuring they meet the ethical standards of the Tennessee Board.

3. Associate Director Growth Path (The "Grow Into" Role)
• Program Development: Assist in the design and scaling of assessment protocols.
• Leadership: Transition into overseeing the Nashville office’s clinical quality, workflow, and staff development.
• Community Liaison: Build relationships with Nashville pediatricians and school districts to streamline the referral process.

Qualifications
• Education: Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensure: Active license as a Psychologist in Tennessee with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation (or highly eligible for reciprocity by May).
• Experience: * 3+ years of experience in pediatric assessment.
• * Prior experience in a "Lead" or "Senior" role is a plus, as this role transitions to Associate Director.
• Start Date: Candidate must be available to begin on-site in Nashville by May 2026 .
