Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients in a mental health or behavioral health setting
Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to address patient needs and promote positive outcomes
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their support systems
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients
Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of therapy to continually improve patient care
Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job performance
Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and supervisors
Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions as required
Maintain a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends as needed
Demonstrate a commitment to self-care and maintaining a healthy work-life balance
