W2 pay at $50.00/hr
No non-competes in our contracts
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Colorado Department of Education License required at start date.
• Experience in school-based setting as a SLPA preferred but not required

Role Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote students' academic and social success
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
