n on the autism spectrum across Ohio and New Jersey. We serve clients in their homes, schools, and in our ABA centers located in Beachwood and Columbus. Because we are BCBA-owned and operated, we truly understand the work and are committed to supporting our team every step of the way.

About the Role
Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA is a research-based approach that helps improve communication, learning, and daily living skills.
In this role, you’ll make a real difference by helping individuals build meaningful skills and reach their full potential.
Work Locations
• In-home
• In-center
• Community-based settings
Scheduling
• Full-time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Part-time: Flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
