Behavior Technician; BT – Clinic

. This role focuses on helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured therapy in a supportive clinic environment.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in psychology, education, child development, or behavioral health who want meaningful hands-on experience working with children.
Schedule
• Full-time position
• Minimum availability required: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Additional availability may allow for expanded hours
• Clinic-based position
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Collect and document behavioral data during sessions
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
• Maintain professional and timely session documentation

Requirements

Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Certification
• RBT certification preferred but not required
• BT candidates will receive paid training toward RBT certification

Qualifications
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
