- •The Budget Analyst for the VA Healthcare System, VISN 10 Serving Indiana, Michigan and Ohio is the budget advisor to the Facility Chief Finance Officer (CFO)/Fiscal Staff, Network Program Managers, Deputy Network CFO and Network CFO for VISN 10
