Job Description
rn an extra $2.00/hour (premium pay) for home-based hours starting at 3 pm

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage with children through play while implementing individualized treatment plans
• Observe, interact, and collect data to prepare progress notes
• Assist children in acquiring vital life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work towards goals that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Experience working with children preferred (e.g., as a camp counselor, in daycare, as a nanny, or in educational settings)
• Energetic, playful, and creative, with the ability to think on your feet
• Dependable and trustworthy; a reliable resource for clients and their families
• Physical ability to engage in active play, including getting up and down from the floor and moving quickly
• Comfortable with technology, including learning data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Willingness to learn independently while delivering the highest quality of care to clients
• Interest in utilizing evidence-based methods grounded in scientific research
