ABA Behavioral Technicians

-building programs and behavior intervention plans Work directly with children to promote communication, adaptive behaviors, and skill acquisition Collect and record data to assess treatment effectiveness Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure consistent care Assist with creating therapy materials and session stimuli Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain ABA best practices Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance CPR certification and TB test required ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Benefits Overview We offer different benefits based on your work schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time .
