er individualized behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior plans in classroom and one-on-one settings to support student growth
• Collect and analyze data on student progress and report findings to the clinical team

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working with children across multiple grade levels, specifically Pre-K through 12th grade
• Ability to work effectively in a 1:1 instructional setting
• Strong communication and data collection skills
• Flexibility to work part-time or full-time based on availability
