• Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Qualifications:
• National certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
