Position Highlights
• $52–$64 per hour, based on experience
• Hybrid schedule – choose a mix of in-clinic and remote work
• Full-time and part-time options available
• Pediatric caseload – assess, treat, and create individualized therapy plans

Qualifications
• Active or pending California Speech Language Pathology License
• Experience working with the pediatric population (preferred)
• Fluency experience a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
• Ability to work at least half of your hours in Santa Cruz, CA (preferred)
